SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Information:

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

• Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

• International Shipping: We currently ship to these selected international destinations ( Canada, USA, Haiti, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Mexique. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on the destination country. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Return Policy:

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at merinechileau24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5  business days.

• Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at merinechileau24@gmail.com for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
